the only bright side I can see right now is the fact that I’m writing. it’s not that I have a problem is that is the only thing I see right now. so what?

we usually have a problem with measuring life problems and our reactions.

my name is Dori. and in my blog I’m writing about this fact and how meditation and awareness as a key – are changing my life every day. not by solving all of my problems. but yes by dealing with them as part of life and not a mental disaster.

basically, you can read my articles and also contact me if you’d like 🙂 for those who know me less – i think we don’t need to know the problem in order to solve it. I don’t need to know your problem, and in some way – you don’t have to as well – this is the point of mindfulness.  being here is always enough.
